Antifire Intumescent Paint is a Nanomix coating solution developed to combine protection, an attractive finish and professional application performance on selected surfaces. Listed applications: Metal, wood, mineral or industrial surfaces specified in the product technical description.
Assess an intumescent product against the element to be protected, the required fire performance and the tested scope of the system. A product name or general catalogue description is not evidence of a particular minute rating. Choose the substrate preparation, primer and any protective topcoat from the approved fire-protection system. Measuring and recording film thickness is a separate requirement from checking appearance.
Before specifying the product, provide the technical team with the substrate, existing finish, service exposure and intended application method. A representative trial helps establish adhesion and appearance; it does not replace the required system approval for demanding exposure. An archive consumption figure cannot be used to calculate a fire-resistance period. Establish the required test report, scope of approval and target dry film thickness through a project-specific technical assessment.
