Specify the room by how it is used

Is matt paint always less durable?
No. Sheen alone does not establish resistance to cleaning. Formulation and documented performance must be considered together. Base the decision on technical information and a representative trial, rather than a product name or visual finish alone.
Can ceiling paint be used on walls?
The stated substrates and service conditions determine suitability. Ceiling appearance requirements differ from the maintenance demands of frequently touched walls. Do not treat the products as interchangeable unless wall use is explicitly supported.
